  • The first step is to fill out the “Getting Started” form located here.

After that, I will send you an email to have you fill out a few intake forms. Once those are complete, I will call you to schedule your first appointment. This helps me get a basic understanding of your needs and ensures we start off well-prepared.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you in, and explore what you're hoping to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll move at your pace, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in trust. This is your time, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we begin the journey together.

To help you get the most out of online therapy, I ask that you join from a quiet, private space where you won’t be overheard or distracted.

If coming into the office for the first session isn’t possible, no problem—just give me a call, and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

  • No, I welcome clients of all backgrounds and beliefs. While I offer a Christian perspective for those who want to incorporate their faith into therapy, it’s never required. My goal is to create a respectful, supportive space where you feel seen and safe, no matter where you’re coming from.

  • At this time, I work primarily with individual adults and older teens (18+). If you're looking for couples or family therapy, I’d be happy to help you find a referral to someone who specializes in that area.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship. What you share in session stays between us, with a few legal exceptions—such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of abuse. I’ll go over all of this in more detail during our first session so you know exactly what to expect.
